Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training is designed to enhance the non-technical skills essential for safe and efficient flight operations. It focuses on optimizing the use of all available resources – human, technical, and organizational –
to improve decision-making, communication, and teamwork in the cockpit and operational environment. The training is conducted in accordance with international standards defined by ICAO.
